Refund policy

Digital downloads cannot be returned after purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same resource twice or receive a file we cannot make usable, contact info@carlyandadamblog.com within 30 days with your order number. We’ll respond within two business days and provide a refund when applicable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
