Integrate STEM in your classroom with Fairy Tale STEM Challenges!

This Rapunzel Fairy Tale STEM activity is designed to support STEM teachers, elementary classroom teachers, homeschooling parents, and after-school programs. It's a great introduction to story elements, fairy tales, and engineering.

In the story Rapunzel, the evil witch locks the princess in a tower. Students are challenged to design and build a safe escape for Rapunzel to escape her tower.

After they have completed the challenge there is a writing extension for students to write a continuation of the story of Rapunzel.

This STEM challenge aligns with NGSS, Common Core, and TEKS.
